Im having the same problem. I ahve raised various animals using bottles and my baby animal care and rarely get any gold permits. Have only gotten enough to open 2 rooms. about ready to abandon the quest.
I am Having the same problem; I was getting 2-4 gold coins per animal as I fed bottles and now I am lucky to get 1 :/
Can’t figure out how to get premium permits. Have raised 3 babies to adults so far and no rewards. Am I doing something wrong?
