Once you collected all the necessary parts and gathered all the necessary helpers you can now click the finish building button and you will have a completed Farmville 2 Blue Jay House. You can now start feeding Blue Jays and in turn they will be your helper. They can help by speeding up your trees and groves.
If you have the completed Blue Jay House you can now stat crafting the Blue Jay Treats. There are three types of Blue Jay Treats and they are:

2 Blue Jay Treats (Medium)
3 Blue Jay Treats (Large)
