Swing by Marie’s ranch and chat with her about having animals, feeding animals, and gathering lots of Fertilizer.
Mission:
Perform 5 neighbor actions on Marie’s farm
Have 8 animals
Feed 10 adult animals to get fertilizer
Reward:
58 xp, 500 coins
Farmville 2 Fertile Minds Quest 3: Eyes on the Prize
Fertilize enough crops and you’ll find a giant Prized Crop on occasion.
Mission:
Plant 20 Pumpkins
Use Fertilizer on 20 Pumpkins
Water 20 Pumpkins

Farmville 2 Fertile Minds Quest 4: The Mystery of Mastery
When you harvest one crop over and over, you’ll eventually master that crop. When you master a crop, you get more money and experience for the prized crops!

Harvest 20 Pumpkins
Craft 1 Pumpkin Pie
Reach Level 1 of Pumpkin Mastery
