It’s almost time for the Parliament of the Owls in Farmville 2 Owl Be Back Quests. Help Barbara prepare for the event by building the Snow Owl Feeder while doing this 8 stage Farmville 2 Quests. As Barbara will explains, the Parliament of the Owls usually happens once a year when Snow Owls migrate to any farm of their choice.

Missions:
- Have a snow Feeder, in case they pick your farm!
- Water 20 Red Pansy, the perfect setting for fall!
- Feed 2 Adult Pheasant, more birds means more owls!

- Have your sweetie or kid do 1 Foraging jobs.
