If you are currently unable to log in to zyngagames.com or not credited for buying the prize shovel in your kids tasks, then these are only some of the issue. I cannot log in to Zyngagames.com
We are receiving reports from some players that they are unable to log in when they are redirected to zyngagames.com. We are completely aware of this matter and rest assured that this will be corrected soon.
In the meantime, players can simply reset their password by clicking the “Forgot Password?” link. In the event that you have tried resetting your password multiple times, you have to click on the newest email link sent as clicking on the old or previous email will do nothing.

I was not credited for buying the Prize Shovel for my Kid Task
Howdy Farmers!
We are getting reports from players that purchasing a Prize Shovel is not counting toward the Kid’s Pearl Diving task. We are completely aware of this matter and currently working on a fix. Rest assured that this will be corrected soon.
In the meantime, we advise players to purchase the Prize Shovel through the task by clicking the “Get It!” button or from the General Store as buying it from the County Fair Wagon will not count toward the task.

I don’t see the Quests on the left side of my game screen

my truck does not work on either farm, zynga farmville or famvillle 2 on desk top. hasnot worked for months now. I have complained and nothing has been done, repeatedly.
My cats are missing. Both the original and the new one that I completed the quest to get and raised.
My original cat who digs up instant grow and my new cat that I got from completing the lost kitten quest and raised are both missing from the game.
I have not received Fall Harvest Festival Quest
I also have not received Quest Fall Harvest Festival :((((
